Hi everyone! How are you? Well, let’s talk a little bit about the movie. First of all, I want to say that the movie is really nice and funny! I’m enjoying it very much. As far as the ending is concerned, I expect to see a great kiss in the last scene and music!!! So, obviously, I reckon they will eventually fall in love with each other. What about the other characters? Well, in my opinion, Hanna will accept this relationship, and Claire and Alex will not be together. Hey classmates! Do you remember when Liliana asked us about the title of the movie? Well, I’m still thinking about the relation between it and the movie itself. Why “The Mirror Has Two Faces”? From my viewpoint, the title reflects Greg’s feelings and theory. I can think of this relation since, at some point, he will not be able to maintain what he says about love, sex, marriage and couples and will have to look at the other face of the mirror to find out that he will need to change his point of view. Hi everyone!!!! How are doing?!! This movie is so thought provoking that we can never stop posting our impressions on each part and the movie so far. I really like the way each part we analize is presented and the way the characters deal with the theme, which to me is the different views concerning feelings. Up to now, I deeply believe Rose is in love with Greg because of all Greg´s compliments on her way of being and behaving. As for Greg, he is really fond of her, what´s more he is starting to feel physically attracted to Rose. It seems as if he doesn´t want to have such feelings for her but from now on I think he is going to leave his theory aside and he is not going to care if it may be ruined by sex. He is going to star enjoying a much freer life. From my point of view, the title refers to the other side of relationships and feelings. Up to now in the movie these two elements don´t seem to hang together, if a person feels something deep there is no corespondance with the other person involved in that relation. This movie is very nice and has deep meanings. Let´s keep on analizing to discover all together the various meanings and let´s continue discussing!!! I´m looking forward to reading your comments! Hi guys! I definitely go along with my classmates Bibi and Loli when they say the movie it’s very interesting and funny. In my opinion, humor is used to criticize certain people’s attitudes or personalities and to show the relationships between men and women, between the members of the families and also between teachers and students. Considering the question that Loli asked about the title, I can say that “The Mirror has Two Faces” suggests an idea of duality or opposites and it may have a connection with the relationships I mentioned before. As far as the ending of the movie is concerned, I imagine Greg and Rose having five kids, Clare and Greg’s friends being in a relationship and Hanna travelling all over the world because she can’t stand the fact that her daughters are happy. Isn’t it funny? lol I can’t wait to see the ending of the movie!! Hugs,

I am not the kind of person who likes this kind of movies, anyway this one has cought my attention, and each class I return home thinking about what will happen next. It is very funny and the vocabulary is not so difficult. We are learning a lot of new words so I think it is wonderful, because we are not only paying attention to the movie, but also to the way they talk. As far the ending is concerned, on the one hand I think that it would be nice if they fell really in love and have a second marriage, with a church, a party and all their relatives. And on the other hand, Rose’s sister and her husband will get divorced and they will surely have a bad post-marriage relationship. Finally, Rose and Claire’s mother will accept Rose’s relationship once the couple has sex and once their marriage is “normal”.

Well, having looked today the scene in which Greg and Rose were supposed to have sex, I can reaffirm the idea that this is not the kind of movies in which the spectator knows what is going to happen next, no, it´s the contrary: it is so unpredictable! But I like this movie to be in that way because, in my case, I am always on the alert for the following scene! And, when you, Liliana, turns off the TV, I keep thinking of what will happen then! Now, answering to Loli´s question (about the title of the movie), I´d say that the relation I could find is that each person is composed by two sides, I mean, the inside part which involves feelings, knowledge, personality; and the outside which is the physical features (they are Greg`s serious problems jaja). So both parts form a person and there is no way of separating them, these are the “2 FACES OF THE MIRROR”. Finally, concerning “the end”, I would like that the couple will be able to love each other taking into account the inside part as well as the outside part. Obviously I expect a happy ending. But, as I said before, this movie is changing all the time so it´s impossible to know what comes next. May be she ends with Henry … Who knows? I can´t wait to watch the end!!!

I would say that when we started watching the movie, I thought it was going to be too boring. But then, I change my mind because I became deeply concerned about what love actually is. It's a difficult issue to discuss. At least for me. You never know if the person who is at your side is your soul mate ort not. You will discover that as the time passes by. The purpose for my words is that we should enjoy love because IT'S BEST FEELING IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, even though we sometimes don't believe that because it makes us feel miserable or depressed. May be that's because we are not looking at the correct direction. I'm a fervent believer in the fact that we have a soul mate that is waiting for us somewhere in the world. We only need to pay attention to what is around us. It could be even closer than we think.
I'm really sorry for Rose but I even more sorry for Greg because he is not brave enough to face what he is feeling for her. He should make up his mind as quickly as possible because I have the feeling that they are perfect for each other and they will find eternal happiness if they change the way they are pursuing their relationship.

Hello! How are you? I think that the movie “The Mirror Has two Faces” is great and very interesting. As Loly said before, I think its title represent in one hand, Greg’s theory, and on the other hand, his desire to surrender to his feelings. In the last scene we watched last class, Greg didn’t want to sleep with Rose and was cruel with her. After that, she felt very depressed and miserable. In my opinion the movie will continue in this way: Rose will be determined not to come back with him and she will try to go on with her life alone. So, Greg will learn how hard his life is without her. He will realize that his theory is wrong and that, in fact, he loves her. Then, I believe that Greg will be trying hard to mend the matter between them and maybe it will take him a lot of effort. However, at the end of the movie, I’m expecting that everything will be solved between them and that Greg will give her a long and passionate kiss.
Aha!!! So... all of you desire a long and passionate kiss!!! Good for you! Because, as one of you said, love is one of the best feelings in the world. I loved reading about your different opinions on the title of the movie. Not long till we see the end!... so keep enjoying it!
